DNF will be focusing on developing small enterprises through skills training and where possible link existing enterprises with new and emerging enterprises.
One of the challenges facing South Africa, is the creation of new employment opportunities and the need to help small and emerging enterprises to become sustainable in the long term and to be able to compete with established enterprises.
DNF will play the role of identifying small and emerging enterprises in communities, develop training programmes focusing on developing their business skills and identifying existing enterprises that could partner with them and transfer some of their skills.
Existing enterprises will be encouraged to channel funding towards this programme and to volunteer some of their time to share some of their experiences in a classroom environment utilising our Office Hub.
Specific focus will be placed on assisting young people and women.
